This Privacy Policy explains what information Ledger Dividends (the "Service"), operated by Bluecut Digital, collects and how it's used.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and a hashed (not plain-text) version of your password.
• Holdings data: the investment ticker symbols, share counts, and dividend amounts you choose to enter. This is your data — we don't verify it against any brokerage or financial institution.
• Billing information: we don't see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we store only your Stripe customer/subscription IDs and subscription status.
• Basic technical logs: standard web server request logs (e.g., timestamps, endpoints called) for debugging and abuse prevention.

2. How we use this information

To provide the Service (calculating your dividend income projections), to process your subscription payments, to send password-reset emails when you request them, and to maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Ledger Dividends:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Railway — application hosting and database storage.
• Resend — delivering password-reset emails.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your account and holdings data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us (see below) and we'll remove it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the email below to make a request.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Service stores your login session token in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We don't use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
